We ask everyone to register for a ticket, even free ones, so we know how many people we can expect on the day, and plan accordingly.
Locals are anyone who lives in Mt Alexander Shire. There is also an option for locals to purchase tickets at the amount of their choice, should you wish to pay or make a donation.
Please don't print your tickets - we can scan them from your phone, and will have a door list. Save waste!
The event is taking place outside the Baringhup Hall, outdoors, so please be prepared for all kinds of weather!
You are welcome to bring camp chairs and/or picnic rugs. We ask that you please be respectful of each others space.
There is a rather awesome raffle happening, so bring some extra cash for your chance to win.
There is a playground at the hall for kids.
We encourage you all to car share (or walk/cycle!) to Baringhup Hall - it reduces the impact we all make.
Parking is along Albert Street, at the Baringhup Rec Reserve, and streets surrounding the Hall.
Please park considerately & sensibly; no blocking driveways, or other cars.
Please don't drink & drive - plan ahead and grab a lift with a friend!
There will be a fundraising BBQ provided by the awesome folks from the Baringhup Community Committee & Baringhup CFA.
Meat & Vegetarian options available.
We thank Pyrenees Premium Cuts, Carisbrook Bakery & Olive Branch Preserves for their support.
If you have specific dietary needs, or very hungry kids (or grown-ups), feel free to pack a picnic or additional snacks.
Cash is payment preferred for BBQ & Raffle.
The legends of Shedshaker Brewing will be running the bar and donating funds raised.
There will be non-alcoholic options available.
No BYO alcohol.
Remember, this is a fundraiser!
We will have a small amount of water available, but suggest you bring a full water bottle, as the Baringhup Hall is on tank water.
The bar will take card & cash payments.

Whole Loddon Love is a community event and fundraiser. By coming along, you will be contributing towards the purchase of a much needed new fire truck for the Baringhup CFA, and a projector for community events at the Baringhup Hall.
